  1.   In order to make life easier for harried sysops, this program
  2. was invented to automate validation of user phone numbers.  To use
  3. this program, simply follow the instructions that you will be given.
  4. Please note that there are certain restrictions on this program, which
  5. can be changed by the sysop, such as long-distance validation, lockout
  6. of validation attempts during certain times of the day (usually at
  7. night) in order to prevent abuse.  So without further ado, let's get on
  8. with the validation (provided that you qualify!)
